  • 18 storey, 130 room hotel
  • 12 storey, locally manufactured structurally glazed unitised curtain wall.
  • 1500 square meters of apartment windows and doors were manufactured by our trusted partner in China.
  • Access received and stored all apartments’ windows at the start of the project which meant there were no delays during construction.
  • Structurally glazed atrium, including a pitch glass roof
